- Knowledge and experience in all or most of the following areas: coursework, rhetoric, composition, literature, thesis writing, and creative writing
- Substantial writing experience (e.g. fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and so on)
- Teaching experience for ESL (English as a Second Language) and EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students (preferable, but not required)

What you need to be:
- Must be computer literate – must be knowledgeable with online research and relevant applications (especially MS Word and Excel)
- Must type really well (preferably touch typists, but not required)
- Can multi-task
- Must be output-oriented (quantity and quality-wise)
- Must be an effective time manager with a good sense of self-discipline
- Must be competitive enough with a good sense of teamwork
- Must be patient and responsible
