#edcmooc: Up, App, and Away

I've recently enrolled in an online class called E-learning and Digital Cultures in Coursera.Org. Our final assessment is to create an online artifact, and I chose to submit this short presentation that I made using Prezi.com. I was drawn by the idea of transhumanism. Actually, I didn't realize it until I was doing the readings for the course, but I actually subscribe to transhumanist ideals. The readings made me recall that time when I said to my boss, "I wish I could just plug my fingers into the USB port and instantly transfer my thoughts onto the PC." That's when I decided to work on this presentation, and even if the technology now is not as advanced to fulfill that wish, it looks like we're getting there. #edmooc
